French contemporary artist, Léo Varek now develops a series of pop canvases inspired by street art codes, built around a strong visual energy.
Before this studio work, I completed numerous monumental murals, notably in Europe, including an intervention of over 600 m² in Courchevel, France. This journey directly informs my current approach, more condensed, but always guided by visual impact.
My works are now distributed internationally and shipped around the world. Each canvas is handmade in my studio in France, using mixed media combining acrylic and spray paint. I work in a spontaneous manner to preserve a tension in the gesture, strong contrasts and a real vibration of color.
Sofia Bellini develops a contemporary body of work characterized by precise line work, elegant forms, and the power of movement.
Her compositions mainly draw inspiration from the female figure, dance, fashion and the Mediterranean atmosphere. Through precise and expressive graphic writing, the artist captures the essence of a posture, an emotion or a moment.
After joining Léo Varek’s studio in France, Sofia Bellini develops her own artistic language there. Her work rests on a subtle balance between spontaneity and mastery, with each line fully contributing to the harmony of the composition.
