D'après Émile Grégoire - Statuette, Cerf - 72 cm - Bronze, Marble

Very beautiful bronze stag on a 72 cm marble plaque with removable antlers, weighing 11 kg. There is no impact damage and no defects. The artist signed on a plaque with his name: Émile Grégoire, who lived from 1871 to 1948, laureate of the Salon des artistes français, so the work is from before 1948 (it was given to my grandparents for their wedding in 1926). On the back of the statue there is a medallion consisting of two crossed flags. The statue being quite heavy and imposing, I would prefer local delivery by hand in the Paris region or nearby.
