Large sanitary ceramic/porcelain piece, German, probably a wall-mounted washbasin or basin, manufactured by Vereinigung Deutscher Spülwaren- und Sanitätsgeschirr-Fabriken G.m.b.H. There are fairly solid indications that Villeroy & Boch produced sanitary ware under this brand.

Characteristics:

* Manufacturer's mark on the side.
