Behind the Porcelain Veil features a geisha whose face vanishes almost entirely behind a monumental fan, leaving only a discreet and enigmatic gaze visible.
The piece takes up the emblematic codes of the PorcelainMuse universe: cobalt blue and ivory white of porcelain, Asian floral motifs, and gold fractures inspired by kintsugi.
