POPLEA BALLOON FLUO XL, an original hand-signed acrylic painting on canvas, 100 x 100 cm, produced in France after 2020, sold by Galerie.
AI-assisted summary
Description from the seller
Acrylic, spray and paint projections on canvas.
A silhouette of a black balloon animal rises from a white background, pierced by fluorescent colors, rapid gestures and splatters. The contrast between the dark, almost sculptural form and the bursts of yellow, red, green and white creates immediate energy.
Entirely hand-painted, the work combines a universal pop icon with a rich material: layers of paint, freehand strokes and graphic details gradually reveal themselves as you approach. A lively, contemporary and very expressive piece, conceived as a focal point in an interior.
Signed on the back by "Popléa" and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
The canvas is sold rolled, not mounted on a stretcher.
The frame is not included and serves only as a presentation suggestion.
The artist Popléa:
If you own this artwork, you hold in your hands an authentic piece signed Popléa.
But you should know: Popléa is a pseudonym.
He or she has not yet revealed their identity — voluntarily. This choice is part of a broader artistic project, a form of experiment:
Create without a name, without status, without biography.
The work alone. The image alone. What it evokes. What you feel.
The artist behind Popléa is already exhibited, recognized, collected — but wanted to explore another path, freer. To refuse filters, codes, discourses.
To refuse that it’s always the same — galleries, experts, networks — who decide what has value.
Perhaps what you own is the beginning of something.
Or perhaps it is simply a work that speaks to you, here and now.
Both options are beautiful.
And in the end, maybe that is the true luxury.
The work is hand-signed, delivered ready to hang, in 4x4 packaging with insurance included.
Happy bidding
Recent buyer comments:
"Very happy with my purchase! The piece received is magnificent, you can immediately feel the technique and the work it required. The packaging was especially careful"
"Exceptional packaging for a work that is just as exceptional! Thanks to the artist for this quality work."
