Customs Duties and Taxes: Depending on your country of residence, additional customs duties or import taxes may be charged. Please check local regulations regarding the application of import duties and taxes. The winning bidder is responsible for paying any customs duties or consumption taxes.
We assume no liability for costs associated with importing the item into the winning bidder's country of residence.
If the winning bidder cancels or withdraws from the transaction, the bidder bears all associated risks, shipping costs, and any return-related expenses incurred by the seller (such as import duties).
To ensure safe and speedy delivery, the item will be shipped via DHL. Delivery is expected within 7 days.

If a significant issue differing from the item description is confirmed, the standard procedure is for the item to be returned in the same condition as received, rather than issuing a partial refund. A refund will be processed in accordance with Catawiki’s policies once the returned item has been received and its condition verified.

If inspection reveals no issues deviating from the item description, the item may be reshipped to you at your expense.

Should any issues arise, please contact us via the Catawiki messaging system before undertaking any repairs, battery replacements, opening the case back, adjustments, part replacements, or modifications. Performing such actions without prior approval alters the item's condition or value, which may result in the denial of a return or a full refund.

By placing a bid, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to this item description and the applicable Catawiki terms and conditions.

We conduct a rigorous inspection before shipment; however, as the watch battery is a consumable item, the purchaser is responsible for replacing it should the battery level be low or depleted.
