This Pouilly Fumé is produced in the three central communes of the appellation: Tracy-sur-Loire, Pouilly-sur-Loire, and St. Andelain. Here the vines grow on outstanding terroirs that benefit from the Loire's proximity, enjoying a mild climate and intense sun exposure.

The Cuvée “Les Deux Cailloux” masterfully reflects the elegance of Sauvignon Blanc. Fresh aromas of lemon, gooseberry, and grass harmonize with a characteristic flinty note that gives the wine impressive minerality and depth.

Thanks to a late harvest and careful aging on the lees for 6 to 12 months—with weekly batonage— the wine displays an expressive bouquet with notes of bergamot and grapefruit. On the palate, it impresses with its length and balance.

This wine is an ideal companion to fish dishes in sauce, seafood, or gourmet appetizers such as tapas and Piri-Piri gambas. The combination of harmonious vineyard practices, minimal winemaking, and a focus on the full ripening potential of the grapes makes it a benchmark cuvée of the region.
