An iconic work is struck by an egg, but it is not an act of blind destruction. The color exploding on the canvas is not chosen at random: it is the same as the inside of the egg, as if the essence of the gesture transforms into painting.
In Desecrated, the artist performs a visceral yet lucid intervention, where apparent vandalism becomes a new language. It is a challenge to the passive respect of the “untouchable” image, but also a generative gesture: from the blow springs a new balance, a new tension between past and present.
It is a desecration, yes, but sacred in its own way — because it turns a primitive gesture into an aesthetic statement.

"It is never easy to classify one’s own art; I try to convey what my eyes see, my way of perceiving what surrounds me, and I rework it with a design that blends well with modern times: impactful and memorable."
