Gaby Acevedo’s Velora - Alveus (XL) is a unique original abstract acrylic painting on cotton canvas, 120 cm by 40 cm, signed by hand and dated on the reverse, created in 2026 with crema, gris, turquesa, rosa, rojo, azul, naranja and amarillo tones, depicting a landscape in movement, with a satin varnish and no frame, accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and shipped rolled from Spain.
Description from the seller
“Alveus” is a unique and original abstract work from my “Velora” series, in which I explore the memory of landscapes and the sensations that linger from them over time. In this piece I work with shapes, layers of color, and contrasts that shift and interweave, creating the sense of a landscape in motion.
“Alveus” offers an open visual journey, where shapes and colors can suggest different places and each viewer can find their own interpretation.

About the artist:
My name is Gaby Acevedo. I am a visual artist. I live and produce my works in Spain. For more than 25 years I have developed an artistic practice focused on contemporary abstract painting, where color, matter, and collage are the pillars of my visual language.
My work arises from observation and dialogue with landscapes, the spaces we inhabit, and the traces they leave in our memory. Each series responds to a different inquiry, but all share the aim of transforming experience into a visual language open to emotion and free interpretation.
Each work is unique and entirely handmade in my studio using high-quality professional materials. All my paintings are signed, dated, and delivered with a certificate of authenticity."
