Etro Milano, refined lightweight trench/coatsman’s coat made in Italy, produced in an elegant deep navy blue and characterized by a particularly careful sartorial construction. The model interprets the classic trench in a more sophisticated key, with a clean line and slightly shaped at the waist, six-button double-breasted closure signed Etro, wide lapels, epaulettes with straps and buttons, oblique side pockets with profiling, and adjustable cuffs with metal buckles. The back is clean and elegant, defined by the shaped construction and the deep central vent that facilitates movement.
One of the most valuable elements of the garment is the refined internal work, where the upper part is made of gray mélange cashmere, soft and warm, creating a kind of precious internal structure that significantly increases comfort and quality of the trench. This is paired with the spectacular Etro silk lining with Paisley motif, rendered in the characteristic tones of light blue, blue, burgundy and brown. The contrast between the extremely sober navy exterior, the cashmere mélange, and the rich Paisley interior perfectly represents the Maison’s aesthetic.
The indicated size is 48 Italian, roughly corresponding to an international M, with a fairly slim sartorial fit.
