Bust of the composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, in terracotta with a green patina, created by the French sculptor Henri Onesto around 1910-1920. The face is treated with finesse: direct gaze, youthful features, hair swept back. The composer wears a jacket and a lace jabot. The bust rests on a rectangular plinth bearing the inscription 

Buste du compositeur Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, en terre cuite à patine verte, réalisé par le sculpteur français Henri Onesto vers 1910-1920. Le visage est traité avec finesse : regard franc, traits juvéniles, cheveux ramenés en arrière. Le compositeur porte une veste et un jabot de dentelle. Le buste repose sur un socle rectangulaire portant l'inscription « MOZART » en relief.

La patine verte, d'esprit bronze, donne à la terre cuite l'aspect d'un métal ancien, très en vogue dans les arts décoratifs de l'époque Art déco. Une belle pièce pour une bibliothèque, un piano, un bureau ou la vitrine d'un amateur de musique classique.
