"Silence de Vapeur" takes place behind a pane of fogged glass, where a single figure dissolves into backlight. A hand rests flat against the surface, leaving a clear imprint in the condensation, while a slow drop traces its way down the glass. Everything else is suggestion: the soft outline of a body, the fall of long wavy hair, a glow that seems to breathe through the vapor.

The figure stands turned slightly away, her head lowered, as if listening to the quiet on the other side. The glass becomes a threshold, close enough to touch yet impossible to cross, and the monochrome palette reduces the moment to pure light and shadow. Fine droplets and streaks gather on the pane, and a pale rectangle of light on the floor marks the only source of warmth in the room.

The scene feels like a held breath, an intimate moment that asks nothing of the viewer except stillness.
