Italian school (XIX) - Madonna in preghiera

Oil painting on canvas from the early 19th century depicting a “Madonna in prayer.” The artist likely based it on a painting by Carlo Dolci or, at least, from the Emilia school. The canvas has already been relined and shows small and old restorations, widespread craquelure and patina from the period, with overall dimensions of 60 x 47 cm; due to current regulations it cannot be shipped outside the European Union.
