Description from the seller

The Saint Anthony Holy Water Font is traditionally depicted with the Infant Jesus in his arms, in memory of the miraculous vision had in Camposampiero, where the Baby Jesus appeared to him and settled in his arms, while the palm is the Christian symbol of the triumph of faith, of martyrdom, or of Christ’s victory over death, often also associated with Palm Sunday and with purity; there are little cherubic angels at the sides and doves all hand-painted.
