Exceptionally decorative and elegant pair of table lamps made of transparent acrylic, complete with two matching cylindrical lamp shades with a rich, dark botanical pattern.

The lamp bases have a pronounced light and luxurious appearance. The construction consists of a sturdy, transparent square base with facet-cut/sharp-edged details, on which a tall slender column is placed. The clear acrylic parts create attractive light refractions and reflections, giving the lamps, despite their substantial height, an airy look.

Halfway up the construction there is a decorative square transparent element. Above, the lamp continues into an equally transparent holder toward the socket and shade. The combination of the geometric forms, the clear acrylic, and the elongated proportions evokes the elegant Hollywood Regency and glam interiors of the second half of the 20th century.

The set is offered including the two depicted matching lamp shades. Their dark color contrasts nicely with the fully transparent base.

The cylindrical shades are finished with an exuberant botanical/floral pattern against a nearly black background. The pattern consists of flowers, leaves and organic shapes in, among other colors, burgundy, old rose, brown, cream and muted greens.

When the lamps are switched on, a particularly atmospheric effect arises: the warm light is dispersed both upward and downward, while the dark floral pattern remains clearly visible. The transparent acrylic feet seem almost to blend into their surroundings, causing the richly decorated shades to visually appear to float.
