Title: Before Evening
Dimensions: 45 x 55 cm
Artist: Ivar Keld
Year: 2024
Ivar Keld, born in 1980, is a contemporary painter known for his atmospheric landscapes and solitary figures immersed in vast, quiet spaces. Influenced by Nordic light and the emotional force of nature, his work explores themes of isolation, contemplation, and the subtle dialogue between humanity and the landscape. Through muted palettes and vibrant paint texture, Keld builds scenes where time seems to slow and the silence becomes almost tangible. His works do not seek drama, but the quiet intensity of waiting — suspended moments in which the human presence appears fragile and infinite at the same time.
NB: The artwork will be shipped in a sturdy tube suitable for shipping. The colors of the painting may differ slightly from the photos due to screen settings. In person, artworks are more beautiful than in photography: you can appreciate the hypnotic beauty of the oil colors coming to life on the canvas.
Worldwide shipping via UPS courier.
