United States - U.S. Army – Equipment lot - Military equipment

Set of American military individual equipment including several field accessories. The lot includes a metal canteen with cap, a spoon, a regulation knife marked “U.S.”, a small metal solid-fuel portable stove bearing notably the inscription “TABLET HEATING,” and a small rectangular metal box with a lid. The various items show significant patina and wear consistent with old military equipment: scratches, surface oxidation, stains, wear, and various marks. The visible markings have been photographed in detail. The canteen also bears several marks and signs of use. The cap and its attachment system are present. The lot also includes an old American metal ammunition crate, with carrying handle and metal closures. It retains part of its original paint as well as several embossed and painted markings. It shows substantial signs of use, with worn paint and superficial oxidation, consistent with its age.
