AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

I live and work in Slovakia. Delivery within the European Union takes 5–7 business days.
“I Am Here” is a painting about modern loneliness and the human need for connection. The figure sits immersed in his thoughts, holding a mobile phone — a symbol of constant connection with the outside world. Yet despite being connected, he remains alone with himself.
The head of the figure is intentionally left partially unfinished, with visible charcoal marks and areas of untouched canvas. This deliberate incompleteness becomes part of the image, leaving space for the viewer’s imagination and suggesting an inner state that has not yet been fully revealed.
The painting is created in my signature style, characterised by vivid contrasting colours, layered brushwork and expressive impasto texture. The colours overlap and interact with one another, creating a rich and lively surface. Colour, texture and areas of untouched canvas become an integral part of the emotional language of the work.
This is a large-format painting. For safe transportation, the canvas will be removed from the stretcher and shipped in a sturdy tube. After delivery, it can easily be stretched onto a new stretcher at any local framing or art workshop. This is a standard procedure and does not present any difficulty.
A certificate of authenticity is included.
