Louis Vuitton Paris men’s sweater, crew neck long sleeve, made in a refined blend of precious fibers such as cashmere, wool and silk. The garment features a clean and very elegant silhouette, in a very dark navy blue tone, with a slim and snug fit. On the front, at the lower part, the discreet LV logo is applied tone-on-tone; on the back there are the characteristic oval patches on the elbows in calfskin leather, in a blue/gray shade that creates a refined contrast without altering the minimalist design of the piece. Collar, cuffs and hem are ribbed.
The inner label reads Louis Vuitton Paris, Made in Italy and official size M.
Based on the actual measurements, however, this is a particularly slim M, more akin to a size S, especially for those who want a regular and not very tight fit. Therefore I recommend referring mainly to the measurements: shoulders about 40 cm, chest about 49 cm measured armpit to armpit, waist width about 44 cm, total length about 58 cm and sleeve length about 61 cm. The chest corresponds to about 98 cm in circumference when laid flat.
The composition indicated on the label is particularly fine: 70% wool, 20% silk and 10% cashmere, a blend that makes the sweater soft, fine and pleasant to the touch, while maintaining an elegant structure. The patches are described as calfskin leather.
A sober Louis Vuitton piece easily matched, ideal both with tailored and velvet trousers and with denim, particularly suitable for autumn/winter and mid-season.
