Palate: Fresh and generous, revealing flavors of blackberry and blackcurrant, with a generous finish and spicy fruit notes. This wine pairs well with charcuterie, grilled meats or fish, tapas, pies, pasta, cheeses, or light desserts. It's best served at a temperature between 15°C and 17°C. The 2019 vintage is considered excellent for aging. While the wine is enjoyable now, it also has the potential to develop further complexity over the next 3-5 years. Château La Courtiade is produced by Univitis, a cooperative comprising 135 winegrowers and their families, located between Bordeaux and Bergerac.
