NO FIXED POINT

Built from welded iron, No Fixed Point develops as a continuous movement through space. Its curved sections pass through and around one another, alternately disappearing from view and reappearing elsewhere. As the eye attempts to follow their course, the distinction between beginning and end gradually dissolves.
Welds, grinding marks, oxidation and traces of heat remain visible across the surface. Rather than concealing the construction process, these marks reveal how a rigid industrial material has been cut, shaped and joined to create an apparently fluid movement.
