Zenith reference 855D418, a vintage steel cushion-case watch with a 33 mm case, champagne dial, black leather band, manual-wind movement, in good condition with visible wear and patina, shipped insured.
Description from the seller
Interesting Zenith Automatic vintage with a strong 60s/70s character, featuring a shaped case 33.5 × 39 mm and a champagne dial that over time has developed a particularly evident patina.
The case presents the typical cushion profile of the era, with pointed lugs integrated into the design. The gold finish shows signs of wear and loss of plating in some points, coherent with the age of the watch; the case back is made of steel.
The dial preserves the ZENITH signature and is completed by baton applied hour markers, central hour and minute hands and central seconds hand. The surface shows oxidation, stains and widespread color alterations, particularly concentrated in the central and upper part. It is therefore a dial with strong vintage character, offered in the conditions visible in the photograph without attempts to mask its aging.
Inside there is a Zenith mechanical automatic movement; not having a photograph of the movement, the caliber is not attributed to avoid unverifiable identifications.
The watch is paired with a substitute black leather strap. No documented recent servicing interventions. Water resistance not tested and not guaranteed.
