• Il Processo di Invecchiamento: Questo nobile single malt delle Highlands segue un percorso di maturazione molto meticoloso. Trascorre i primi 15 anni in botti di rovere bianco americano ex-Bourbon. Successivamente, circa il 30% del distillato viene trasferito in botti di Sherry Oloroso spagnolo per gli ultimi 3 anni di affinamento, prima di essere ricongiunto al resto per creare un blend finale eccezionalmente ricco e morbido.
• Note di Degustazione:
• Naso: Aromi intensi e avvolgenti di miele, ricca frutta matura, agrumi e delicate sfumature floreali.
• Palato: Struttura cremosa e vellutata caratterizzata da note di fichi, datteri, scorza d'arancia, nocciola tostate e spezie dolci.
• Finale: Lungo e persistente, dominato dalla dolcezza della frutta secca e da una morbida traccia di quercia.
• Caratteristiche: Imbottigliato a una gradazione del 43% ABV. Si distingue per il suo colore ambrato naturale e luminoso. Nota: nelle edizioni più recenti, questa specifica linea è stata progressivamente rinominata dalla distilleria come "The Infinita".
• The Aging Process: This noble Highland single malt undergoes a meticulous maturation schedule. It spends its first 15 years in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks. Afterward, roughly 30% of the liquid is transferred into Spanish Oloroso Sherry casks for the final 3 years of finishing, before being reunited to create an exceptionally rich and smooth profile.

• Nose: Intense and enveloping aromas of honey, rich ripe fruits, citrus, and delicate floral notes.
