Único Reserva Especial is made primarily from Tempranillo (Tinto Fino), supplemented with Cabernet Sauvignon.

The wine is characterized by exceptional aromatic complexity. Ripe black cherries, cassis, dried red fruits and prunes are complemented by refined notes of tobacco, cedarwood, leather, spices, cocoa and balsamic nuances.

On the palate it is powerful and yet remarkably elegant, with silky tannins, impressive concentration and an extraordinarily long finish.

The combination of long aging, careful assembly and the unique Vega Sicilia style makes this wine one of the great classics of Spain.
