Harrington Mann (7 October 1864 – 28 February 1937) is a Scottish portrait painter, member of the Glasgow Boys movement in the 1880s.
Born in Glasgow, he began his studies at the Glasgow School of Art. He then studied at the Slade School of Fine Art in London under Professor Alphonse Legros. He later studied in Paris under the figurative painters Gustave Boulanger and Jules-Joseph Lefebvre at the Académie Julian.
Mann's early paintings, dating from the 1880s, mainly depict fishing communities of Yorkshire. He began to make a name for himself in portraiture in the 1890s.
He achieved success with his society portraits, particularly of children, including members of the British royal family.
His work was influenced by James McNeill Whistler and John Singer Sargent.
