Antique Bohemian garnet bracelet in original Tombak with gold doublé, set with 87 round rose-cut garnets totaling 22.0 carats, inner length about 6.1 cm and width about 2.3 cm, dating to around 1850–1900 and made in Bohemia (now Czech Republic), in very good condition with minor wear and no laboratory report.
Description from the seller
The antique Bohemian garnet bracelet is executed in original tombac with gold doublé and has been professionally inspected by a master goldsmith. The bracelet has an oval cross-section and is richly set with garnet on the front side. The center is flower-shaped and set with blood-red Bohemian garnets in a teardrop-cut rose cut. In between, round faceted rose garnet stones are bezel-set. Two rows of garnet-roses are used at both the hinge and the tongue clasp.
Inner length approx. 6.1 cm, width at the top approx. 2.3 cm
This Bohemian handmade piece dates from around 1860/80 and is in very good condition. Only the inside is slightly darkened.
The stated number of garnets is only an approximate value and does not claim completeness. An error in the counted quantity is not a malicious act but merely an oversight and does not justify an exchange.
Shipping will be in a new jewelry box / jewelry pouch.
Photographic props such as jewelry boxes, stands, displays or other aids shown are the property of the photographer and are not part of the offer.
Color may vary slightly depending on lighting, camera settings, or screen display.
Shipping as insured package.
NOTE: Customs and import duties of the respective countries, as well as any island-delivery fees (currently 50 EUR), are the buyer's responsibility.
We explicitly point out that, after the EU reform of the right of withdrawal, the costs of return are borne by the buyer, regardless of any value threshold or reason for return.
I have no influence on the processing times of shipping companies in the respective EU countries.
If you have questions about shipping duration, please contact your country's post office and be patient if necessary.
Due to unclear customs and duty regulations, shipments to the USA are currently not possible.
