"The Icon´s of Art series" is conceived as a homage, drawing on the great names and motifs of international art history. They are mixed together, reinterpreted, and thereby made visible again for a new generation. This selection focuses on central positions of contemporary urban- and street art, including internationally established artists such as KAWS, Takashi Murakami, Banksy, Shepard Fairey, Invader, Keith Haring, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Futura, JR and Mr. Brainwash, whose works shape the interface between street art, pop culture and modern art.

Biografie
Das Mädchen aus Neukölln wagt mit neuer Berliner Crew einen Neustart.
Schon als Kind ist sie von der Straßenkunst ihrer Umgebung mehr als begeistert und beginnt frühzeitig auf den Straßen Berlins zu sprayen. Inspiriert von ihrer Umgebung studiert sie an der Universität der Künste Berlin Malerei aber bricht das Studium vorzeitig ab und geht nach Paris. Zurück in Berlin schlägt sich ihre akademische Laufbahn nun in ihren Motiven nieder. Es sind nun Serien mit und nach großen Vorbildern aus der Kunstgeschichte geplant und begonnen.
