Description from the seller

From the DelGallo Madrid Gallery we are honored to present to you this original and unique artwork by the artist J. DelGallo.

Javier DelGallo is a Spanish artist born in Madrid in 1970. He draws and paints from a very young age, with a unique style that has drawn the attention of galleries and collectors. A Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Complutense University of Madrid, he has held numerous solo and group exhibitions in Madrid (DelGallo, PlazaArte, Víctimas del celuloide, Casa de Vacas, Galería Gaudí, etc), Barcelona (Kunsthaus 414), Mexico City (Faro de Oriente) and Bogotá, and has participated in art fairs in cities such as Madrid, Barcelona, Brussels or Amsterdam in various editions of the Affordable Art Fair. He alternates his work as designer and painter with teaching both disciplines for several years at the University, Rey Juan Carlos of Madrid. He draws inspiration from Pop Art trends and Urban Art. He uses various supports and contemporary mixed media, along with acrylic painting or spray painting, stencils and all kinds of mixed techniques.

DelGallo Madrid is a Spanish design studio and art gallery, since 2010, representing the artists Javier DelGallo and Paola DelGallo and many other Madrid-based artists. They have organized numerous solo and group exhibitions in their own space and in other venues in Madrid as curators.

Under the conceptual name DelGallo, the paintings by Javier and Paola DelGallo combine elements of pop, abstraction, street art, carpentry and décollage, representing colorful and surreal moments. DelGallo is inspired by magazines, comics, newspapers and other media, combining elements from each to create the images of his work. Each piece is created through a layered approach that includes silkscreen, hand-painted elements, hand-cut stencil and collage, resulting in striking compositions born of patience and pleasure, portraying captivating scenes with underlying stories and touches of humor and tension, all for the viewer to decipher.

They have collaborated with numerous brands and their works are in private collections around the world and in the collections of several celebrities, including footballers and cinema icons.

Currently they offer this and other unique and exclusive artworks directly from their own DelGallo Madrid Studio-Gallery.

The work is shipped rolled and protected in a special cardboard tube for artworks.

An excellent investment! Acquired directly from the artist and hand-signed.
