The Nereide GMT uses a mechanical automatic movement equipped with the GMT complication, which allows simultaneous viewing of a second time zone via the dedicated hand and the 24-hour scale on the bezel.

The functions include hours, minutes, seconds, date and second GMT time zone. A configuration particularly suited for frequent travelers or for those who want to keep track of two different local times.

Design and history

Venezianico is an Italian brand born with the aim of blending Venetian aesthetic heritage with a modern approach to mechanical watchmaking. The Nereide collection, named after the World War I Venetian submarine, has become one of the brand’s most recognizable lines.

This GMT variant maintains the strongly sporty character of the Nereide family, adding a travel-related function. The contrast between the deep black dial and the bronze/copper elements gives the watch a more elegant identity than traditional GMT configurations.

Conditions

The piece presents in excellent overall condition, with possible very light superficial marks compatible with extremely careful use. The bracelet still shows a very clean finish and the second rubber strap is unused.
