A striking, elegant and high-quality Art Deco glass vase from the 1930s.
The vase is rendered in a deep, clear emerald-green glass tone. Given the form language and the specific color, the vase is very likely to be attributed to the well-known Belgian Verreries Doyen (Havré-Ville), possibly decorated in an external Brussels workshop that at that period often worked with Doyen’s blanks.
The design excels in texture and contrast. The upper portion features a geometric pattern of squares in a matte, sand-blasted (frosted) finish, framed by refined gold lines.
