Mara. J XL - Peridot Canopy

A cascade of leaves falls from above into a vivid, almost acidic green, warming with bright yellows as if touched by full sun. As the gaze descends, the foliage thickens and becomes deeper, down to an understory of dark, fresh greens. Thin purple stems cross the surface like light threads, and lower down a few pinkish and lilac touches light up the shade. The vegetal imprints overlap in tangible, granular layers, built with patience. From this arises a vibrant surface, where light seems to move among the leaves: an image full of tranquil energy, of growth and of summer.
