AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

An image of Indian architecture in black and white, highlighting the contrasts between light and shadow.

Photography by Fabio Accorrà in a limited edition with FRAME 40x50 cm INCLUDED.

The photographic print will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, will be framed, stamped and signed directly by me, the author of the work. The entire process, from printing to shipping, is overseen directly by me, to offer a service of the highest quality and originality.

It is often said that my images resemble paintings due to the richness of colors, the depth, and the texture of the materials I use. For these special prints I use paper and inks of the highest quality that keep their colors for life and provide UV resistance. I personally print and frame all my prints, having spent years mastering this skill, and I prefer to maintain control over all production stages to ensure you receive a perfect image with an eye toward eco-sustainability.

--------------------------------------------------
Fabio Accorrà (1984) is an Italian travel photographer.

Born in 1984, a lifelong traveler, he has approached photography since the nineties, developing his first rolls and using the Polaroid. Photography has left an indelible mark on every journey, from the confined landscapes of Lapland to the chaotic life of New York and Tokyo, from the desert sands to the power of Icelandic nature to the far reaches of Greenland. From Salgado to Steve McCurry, his inspiration leads him to range from travel photography to traditional black-and-white photography.

He has several publications and photographic exhibitions around Italy. Among the most important: in 2019 he published "The Colors of Japan" (Erga), a photographic project that tells of his journey to Japan, and in the same year he exhibited at the Consulate General of Japan a photographic show with an excerpt from the book’s photographs. In 2020 he enjoyed success with the photographic exhibition "The Colors of Japan" at the Edoardo Chiossone Museum of Oriental Art in Genoa.

He served as a juror for the Wiki Loves Monuments photography contest with Wikimedia Italia for the Abruzzo region in the 2019 and 2020 editions. In May 2021, also aided by the pandemic that kept him from long travels, he published "The Colors of Genoa" (Erga Edizioni), a photographic book that celebrates the beauty of his beloved city. In June 2022 he released his third photographic book, "Venice: Colors and Words of Silence" (Erga Edizioni), a photographic report that portrays Venice as it had never been seen, deserted during the last lockdown.

In December 2023 he received the "Genoa Talent Award 2023" from the Mayor of Genoa, Marco Bucci, on the proposal of the Genoa Talent Committee of the Municipality of Genoa.

Seller's Story
