Oscar Leonor, Auto retrato como turista XXL, an oil painting in the expressionist style, Original edition dated 2025, a portrait work measuring 130 by 97 cm from Spain, signed, in excellent condition, sold directly by the artist, delivered unframed and rolled in a tube, includes a certificate of authenticity.
Description from the seller
Self-portrait as a tourist is a work belonging to a series in which the artist, in a humorous tone, explores experiences he had on the beach or other places he visited on vacation. In this work we can see a blurred figure walking alone along the beach, dressed in what seems to be clothing that protects him from the outside and which, by all appearances, is utterly inappropriate. The work is full of freshness and dynamism, combining dragged painting and splashes with representations of the body and the clothing that sustain the figure.
The work is delivered without a frame (professional packaging, rolled in a tube). Your local framer should re-stretch it and mount it on a frame.
The indicated measurements are for the painting when stretched and mounted on a frame. The actual dimensions of the canvas are larger to allow for mounting.
Hand-signed on the front. Includes certificate of authenticity.

The Seller and his History:
Spanish figurative painter. Born in Segovia in 1976, self-taught draftsman and painter for years. He has exhibited his work in public venues and national and international art fairs since 2014.
His interests are varied; he conceives painting as a tool for reconnection with oneself. His creative process has evolved over time; experimentation and the search for new paths, methods, and materials are the engine of his career. However, it can be said that the deconstruction of form and the dialogue with the history of art have been two pillars that have remained and around which he finds the freedom to create and convey.
This attitude has led him along different paths in his life, trying different formulas and genres such as still life, the representation of personal objects, drawing and painting the human body, or symbolism and storytelling. His main wish is to develop a painting of a personal character that connects with him and in which humor is almost always present.
