Description from the seller
Multitud is a work in which the rhythms and pictorial gestures, energetic and spontaneous, manage to recreate the atmosphere of a crowd of people in an assertive, activist mood. It is a very special piece in which the artist, once again, uses abstraction as a support to recreate a recognizable scene. The process starts with improvisation and then moves to a more analytical and careful phase in which colors and composition are balanced.
The work is delivered without a frame (professional packaging, rolled in a tube). Your local framer must re-stretch it and mount it on a stretcher.
The indicated measurements are those of the painting once stretched and mounted on a frame. The actual canvas dimensions are larger to allow mounting.
Hand-signed on the back. Includes certificate of authenticity.

Seller's Story
Spanish figurative painter. Born in Segovia in 1976, he has been a self-taught draftsman and painter for many years. Since 2014, he has been exhibiting his work in public venues and in national and international art fairs.
His interests are varied; he sees painting as a tool for reconnecting with oneself. His creative process has evolved over time, with experimentation and the search for new paths, methods, and materials driving his career. However, one can say that the deconstruction of form and the dialogue with the history of art have been two pillars that have remained, around which he finds the freedom to create and to convey.
This attitude has led him, throughout his life, along different routes, trying various formulas and genres such as still life, the representation of personal objects, drawing and painting the human body, or symbolism and the narrative. His main aspiration is to develop a painting with a personal character that resonates with him, in which humor is almost always present.
