Marten Toonder - Tom Poes & Heer Bommel - Westerhaven project - 1 portfolio/1998

There was once talk of a large new construction project: Westerhaven. The then-developers enlisted Marten Toonder and Toonder Studios to help guide the project with drawings of the main characters from the Bommel stories.
They were commissioned to create new (!!), exclusive drawings for this project. These drawings were never published elsewhere afterwards... For a long time there was doubt whether the project would actually be realized, but in the end the Westerhaven project did go ahead, albeit in a completely different form. For wealthy investors, a beautiful folder was created, filled with all kinds of printed matter (images of Toonder characters) about this project.
This folder was thus adorned with gorgeous, exclusive and thus unique black-and-white and color images of the Toonder characters.

This lot contains such a folder that contains no fewer than 8 large brochures (one of which is filled with lots of beautiful color drawings), a covering letter, and 1 card.

Also see the photos that are part of the description and give a good impression of the quality of what is offered.

This folder will be sent to the new owner, maximally securely packaged, by registered mail.
