"Selection of grapes from the La Plana estate, in the highest area of the Ygay Estate, at 485 meters above sea level. Fermentation of each variety separately in 30,000 liter stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. Vatted between 20 and 25 days to cause maximum contact between skins and must to extract the varietal character of each grape, with continuous pumping over and bazuqueos. 48 months of aging in new and used 225 liter American oak barrels. Bottled in May 2001. A minimum of 36 months of aging in the bottle in the cellars of the winery before being marketed."
