Refined Centerpiece Antique in Sterling Silver 925 – Art Nouveau Style (Dated 1903)
I am selling a splendid antique silver bowl/centerpiece in solid Sterling Silver (title 925/1000), created by the famous and prestigious American manufactory Gorham Manufacturing Company and distributed by the historic luxury jeweler C.D. Peacock of Chicago.
Manufacturing: Gorham Manufacturing Co. (with original hallmarks: walking lion, anchor, "G", STERLING mark and model number A2649).
Style: Art Nouveau / Liberty with rich repoussé work depicting floral motifs (poppy flowers and foliate elements).
Era & Dating: Early 1900s – features at the center the vintage inscription "Feb 11 1903" and the cursive monogram “GML”
Conditions: Excellent vintage condition with beautiful period patina. No obvious dents or structural defects.
A unique piece of great charm and collectible value, perfect for lovers of antique silver and the Art Nouveau style.
