The HYT H5 is a revolutionary timepiece that redefines the way time is displayed, combining traditional haute horlogerie with cutting-edge fluid mechanics. At its core beats the exclusive hand-wound Calibre 501, developed in collaboration with master watchmaker Eric Coudray and the TEC Group. This movement synchronizes perfectly with HYT’s patented micro-fluidic module, where mechanics and fluid dynamics meet in one of the most innovative watchmaking concepts of the 21st century.

Two multi-layer bellows drive immiscible liquids – one transparent, the other Blue – through a medical-grade glass capillary with nano-coating. The meniscus between the two liquids marks the passing of the hours in a retrograde display: once it reaches 6 o’clock, the fluid instantly returns to its starting point to begin a new cycle. This unique mechanism is stabilized by a thermal compensator and regulated by ceramic fluid restrictors, ensuring precision and reliability. Minutes, seconds and power reserve are indicated by traditional hands, forming a technical and aesthetic bridge between classic horology and avant-garde innovation.
