An 18 carat yellow gold ring weighing 10.70 g, handmade in the 1970s with a striking scale-work, set with 11 natural brilliant-cut diamonds (G color, VVS1, total 0.18 ct) and 12 natural round-cut rubies (red, total 0.40 ct), size IT 9 (EU 49), in excellent condition with no laboratory report, includes a certificate of authenticity and gift box.

An 18-carat yellow gold ring weighing 10.70 grams. Fully handmade in the 1970s by a master goldsmith of great skill. Note the splendid scale-like work. Worn very little, truly as good as new. It features 11 natural brilliant-cut diamonds G color VVS1 for a total of 0.18 carats, in addition to 12 beautiful natural round faceted rubies in intense red with great transparency for a total of 0.40 carats. A unique piece of jewelry, certainly not for everyone, suitable for a woman who likes to stand out but with style. It is also perfect for the pinky finger. It is a Italian size 9. Delivered in an elegant leather box from my jewelry store, with certificate of authenticity and gift packaging. The rubies have undergone the usual treatment to enhance color intensity. Insured shipping with courier.
