AI-assisted summary
Description from the seller
Wooden étagère side table with drawer – Italian craftsmanship, early 20th century
An elegant étagère-style side table of Italian artisanal manufacture, dating from the early 1900s, combining the practicality of a small shelf unit with the charm of period furnishings.
The structure features a rectangular top with a shaped edge, a front drawer equipped with a brass-toned metal knob and two lower shelves, supported by four square-section legs. The slender moldings emphasize the furniture’s profiles, creating a sober and harmonious composition.
The wood, with warm brown tones, shows grain patterns and a well-worn patina that enhance its character. The clean lines make it easy to fit into a Mediterranean-style home as well as in a classic or contemporary setting: beside an armchair, as a side table, or to display books and small collectible objects.
