Description from the seller
THERE IS ONLY ONE IN THE WORLD - EDITION 1/1
On this vertical format, Medsan makes Daft Punk climb the rooftops of Paris, facing the Eiffel Tower. The two musicians stand with their backs to us, shoulder to shoulder, in black jackets: on the left Thomas Bangalter with his steel-gray helmet, on the right Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo with his gold helmet, heads slightly turned to the right, toward the avenue that runs beneath them.
In front of them, the blue-toned rooftops unfold, chimneys jagged with orange pots, and the cream facades of Haussmannian buildings. The wet avenue descends to the right, dotted with headlights and lit shop windows, and a red awning illuminates the corner of a street. In the distance, the Eiffel Tower rises on a gray horizon, under an immense sky where heavy slate-blue clouds part in places to reveal cream gaps. The palette stays within blues and grays, warmed by the gold helmet and the orange of the chimneys. One could believe the duo has secretly returned to greet the city that gave birth to them.
An elegant piece full of nostalgia, ideal for adding a touch of electro and Parisian flair to a contemporary interior of a music collector.
