Title: Sogno metallico
Misure: 60x60 cm
Anno: 2026
Irene Caligo is a contemporary painter who explores the human figure as a space of emotional tension and suspension. Her works unite references to the European figurative tradition with a contemporary color sensibility, through layers of color, fragmentation of the form, and tactile interventions. Faces and hands become central elements of a study that investigates the boundary between presence and dissolution, creating intimate and silent images, open to the viewer's interpretation.

NB: The work will be shipped inside a sturdy tube suitable for shipping. The colors of the painting may differ slightly from the photos due to screen settings. In person, the artworks are more beautiful than in photography: one can appreciate the hypnotic beauty of the oil colors coming to life on the canvas.
