Description from the seller
Oil painting on canvas for collection.
Hand-signed by the contemporary artist Giuseppe Giglio with the Gallery stamp.
Title: The Sweetness of Pink Skin
Dimensions: 50x40 cm
Year: 2025
Giuseppe Giglio is an Italian painter active in contemporary figurative art, with a focus on portraiture. His works rework the aesthetics of the great masters through a current sensibility: measured chiaroscuro, warm light, and meticulous attention to the rendering of the flesh. Veils, diadems, fabrics and jewelry become narrative elements that amplify the presence of the subjects, suspended between history and imagination. He mainly works in oil on canvas, building layered surfaces and deep tones.
