AI-assisted summary
Description from the seller
"Silentia" is a new abstract, unique, and original work, part of my "Dream World" series: a pictorial universe where I create imagined landscapes between reality and sleep. In this piece I explore silence as a livable space, building a composition of shapes, planes, and textures that suggest a suspended territory open to interpretation. Painted entirely by hand with acrylic on canvas, the work invites you to pause and discover what appears beyond the visible.
Details of the work:
• "Dream World - Silentia" is a contemporary abstract work, unique and original, made entirely by hand with professional acrylic on cotton canvas.
• Dimensions of the work: 90 cm × 100 cm.
• Created directly in my studio.
• Canvas size:
The canvas measures approximately 100 cm × 110 cm, including the margin needed for its new mounting on a frame of 90 cm × 100 cm × 2 cm (approximately).
• Finish and protection: The work is protected with professional satin varnish, which preserves the intensity of the colors and guarantees its conservation over time.
• Unique and original work: Painted entirely by hand, signed and dated on the reverse by visual artist Gaby Acevedo, and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
Presentation:
• The work has been created on a canvas previously stretched on a frame. To ensure safe transport, it is carefully shipped rolled and protected in a high-resistance rigid tube.
The edges are painted as a continuation of the composition and the canvas retains the necessary margin for its new mounting on a frame.
• The work does not include a frame or decorative border.
• For an optimal finish, it is recommended that the mounting be carried out by a professional.
Shipping:
• The work is shipped carefully rolled and protected in a high-resistance rigid tube.
• Insured shipping with tracking number.
• Includes certificate of authenticity.
• Shipments to Canary Islands (Spain): 48 €.
• Additional information:
Colors and tones may vary slightly depending on each screen’s settings.
The ambient images are digital representations for illustration purposes and show a possible presentation of the work once mounted or framed.
About the artist:
My name is Gaby Acevedo. I am a visual artist. I live and produce my works in Spain. For more than 25 years I have developed an artistic practice centered on contemporary abstract painting, where color, matter, and collage are the pillars of my visual language.
My work arises from observation and dialogue with landscapes, the spaces we inhabit, and the traces they leave in our memory. Each series responds to a different investigation, but all share the goal of transforming experience into a visual language open to emotion and free interpretation.
Each work is unique and is entirely handmade in my studio with high-quality professional materials. All my paintings are signed, dated, and delivered with a certificate of authenticity.
