AI-assisted summary
Description from the seller
The Campo del Cielo meteorite reached Earth about 4,500 years ago, falling in what is now Argentina, the largest known shower of metallic meteorites. It was used by pre-Columbians to manufacture metal tools and it amazed the Spanish conquistadors upon their arrival in the Americas.
In this lot we present an authentic Campo del Cielo metallic meteorite, of ideal size for collectors, in perfect condition, and with an absolutely sculptural shape. We include as a gift a neodymium magnet to help the meteorite stay upright in the desired position.
