Set of 8 plates in molded Uranium glass (ouraline) by Val Saint Lambert, catalog 1913 - model Valembert - diameter 18 cm
The molded uraline glass, or uranium glass, or Vaseline glass, was colored with uranium oxide to give its characteristic green hue that fluoresces under Wood's lamp (UV black light).
It should be noted that ouraline emits radioactivity lower than natural background radiation and is therefore not dangerous to health.
