Description from the seller

Offered here is a Macallan Gold from the discontinued 1824 Series, complete with its original box.

The 1824 Series was introduced in 2012 and retired in 2018. It consisted of Gold, Amber, Sienna and Ruby, using the natural colour of the whisky as its guiding principle instead of an age statement. Gold was the entry point to the range. According to the label, it is matured exclusively in sherry oak casks from Jerez, Spain. Demand for this expression has grown since the range was discontinued.
