Description of the Work
This charming original oil portrait on panel captures the expressive essence of a white Chihuahua dog. The piece is a masterful sample of contemporary realism, executed with textured brushstrokes that bring the animal’s fur to life.
The Chihuahua’s gaze is the focal point of the painting. Its expression blends curiosity with a touch of mischief. The white coat is rendered with a range of creamy tones and soft grays, adding depth and volume. The panel on which it is painted provides a sturdy and durable base.
An ideal piece for collectors of contemporary figurative art or dog lovers seeking to add distinction, elegance, and a naturalistic emotional bond to their space.
Quality of Materials:
Pigments: High-end Italian Maimeri oils, formulated with high pigment density and pure non-yellowing oils, ensuring excellent lightfastness and gallery-level durability.
Support: Fabric-on-panel panel panel on rigid board. Provides maximum dimensional stability (prevents warping or cracking from humidity) and allows for swift and secure framing in any type of frame.
Palette: Limited palette of earth and neutral tones, ensuring timeless, elegant, and clean chromatic harmony in any decorative setting.
