Description from the seller
DESCRIPTION:
Zenith Stellina watch from 1940/1942, just serviced by a professional watchmaker; the mainspring and the balance wheel axle have been replaced with original parts, it carries a 12-month warranty starting March 31. The sole service cost €150 and will be issued to the buyer.
MECHANISM:
Manual-wind mechanical movement with 17 jewels, recently serviced, Swiss made with a frequency of 18,000 Hz, functioning perfectly. Keeps good time (+20/-20 seconds in 24 hours). Power reserve 36/40 hours. Note that accuracy depends on where the watch is worn. Here in Italy it keeps perfect time.
CASE:
In steel, well preserved, dimensions including the crown about 34.5 mm and without the crown about 32.7 mm. Lug width 18 mm. Steel screw-down case back. The back bears the maker’s marks; movement serviced, caliber 12-4.
DIAL:
Ivory color, tiny signs of aging, but particularly well kept despite its 80 years. Hands are slender baton, Roman numerals mark the hours.
STRAP:
The bracelet is steel and fits a wrist of about 17/18 cm.
MISCELLANEOUS:
The watch will be wrapped in soft bubble wrap to protect it from impacts during transport. Ready to be worn every day.
