Description from the seller
Neogothic table lamp in burnt metal – candelabra style – mid-20th century
Description
Elegant metal table lamp with dark bronze finish, created in the Gothic Revival style and inspired by traditional ecclesiastical candlesticks. The structure features a slender, architectural profile, enriched with geometric moldings, shaped details, and a characteristic trilobed base that recalls the Neo-medieval taste that spread during the twentieth century.
The top is completed by a candle-shaped socket with faux wax drips, a typical element of decorative lamps produced between the 1940s and 1960s. The piece retains a pleasant patina of time that enhances the dramatic character of the object.
Perfect as an atmospheric interior lamp for classic rooms, studies, bookcases, eclectic spaces, or dark academia and neo-Gothic style furnishings.
